New terrifying details surfaces of the Rape Case by Nicki Minaj's Boyfriend in 1994
It is no longer news that Nicki Minaj's new boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, is a convicted rapist who is also a murderer.
Now, TMZ has obtained terrifying details about his rape case in 1994, where his victim detailed the incident and is really horrible.
The court documents reveal the story of the victim in the 1994 Kenneth Petty rape case. The 16-year-old victim explained to the police that she was allegedly abducted before being raped. The victim told police that Petty approached her from behind in Queens, NY, before he "placed a hard circular object" on her back and "clicked." The victim, convinced that it was a gun, took his instructions when he told her to "keep walking".
She claimed that he took her to a place on the street and forced her into an upstairs room with the gun still pointed at her back. She alleges that he "put his weight on her ... pinched her sides and squeezed her neck, which caused her bruises and pain" before he "forced his penis" into her vagina.
The victim claimed that she made an attempt to leave the scene, but Petty pulled out a knife, put it against her stomach and told her "she could not leave". She said she finally escaped after hitting Petty with a plastic bottle.
Police said he questioned his arrest when they went to his home, asking "why did they arrest me" and saying he did not do anything. "Later he admitted that he had slept with the girl before.
Petty was found guilty of attempted first-degree rape after reaching a plea agreement. He served four years behind bars and is currently registered as a sex offender.
In addition to the rape charges, Petty also served a sentence for killing a man in 2002.
He pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man named Lamont Robinson.
The lawsuit alleges that on April 27, 2002 at 12:30 a.m., Petty shot Robinson several times. Robinson was pronounced dead later in a hospital.
The authorities originally accused Petty of murder in the second degree, but his lawyer got the charge reduced to murder in a plea agreement.
In March 2006, Petty pleaded guilty to the murder charge in exchange for a 10-year prison sentence. He was released from prison in May 2013 after his 7th birthday. He was supervised for 5 years, until May of this year.
