A 16-year-old boy has been accused of slaughtering a pregnant classmate and her unborn child, of whom he was the father, specialists say.

Police discovered 17-year-old Breana Rouhselang's body in a junk canister behind an eatery in Mishawaka, Indiana, early on Sunday. Authorities say she was slaughtered by that baby's father, 16-year-old Aaron R. Trejo.

Trejo was furious that Rouhselang told him she was pregnant after it was too late to get an abortion, according to court documents.

Trejo told police, according to court documents:
I took action....I took her life.
Trejo was accused Monday of murder and feticide in St. Joseph County Superior Court. In spite of the fact that a minor, he is being charged as a grown-up.

Rouhselang and Trejo attended Mishawaka High School. Trejo was a member of the football team while Rouhselang was a team manager, authorities said.

Trejo knew Rouhselang was pregnant and that he was "supposed to be the father," according to court records. He said he didn't need a baby and neither did Rouhselang, according to the records.

Rouhselang's mom told police that her daughter, who was six months pregnant, had gone to converse with the father of her unborn child, Trejo, around 11 p.m. on Saturday. Her mom became stressed after Rouhselang didn't come home after a few hours. She went to Trejo's home at around 1 a.m. Trejo told her that he went to the back street behind the young lady's home to converse with her, but she never appeared.

Hours later, officer discovered Rouhselang's glasses and ridiculous stocking cap in a rear way. Soon, they discovered Rouhselang's body covered with a dark plastic junk bag in a dumpster.

Police said Trejo had pondered executing his pregnant high school classmate for about seven days.

He in the long run confessed to police that he wounded Rouhselang in the heart with a blade he brought from home, the affidavit said. He at that point put a dark plastic bag that he also brought from home over Rouhselang's body.

Trejo then place Rouhselang in a dumpster after which he strolled to the waterway and tossed her telephone and his blade into the water, according to court documents.

An autopsy found that Rouhselang passed on from various cut injuries and that a scarf she had been wearing at the time was tied so firmly that she was being choked before she kicked the bucket, according to the affidavit.
