Terrifying moment child falls out of moving car into path of oncoming vehicles after door opens suddenly

The terrifying moment a 4-year-old kid dropped out of a moving car amidst a busy road was caught on a dashcam video.

The car was speeding along the street in Jinan, in eastern China's Shandong Region, when an door opened suddenly and the child dropped out. His parents, who had no clue about what was going on, continued driving without him.

Fortunately, the driver who filmed the footage stopped and his wife Ma Quanhui got out to help. She took him to the side of the street and made sure he was alright.

Ma Quanhui later uncovered that she waited on the pavement with the kid until the point that his parents acknowledged what had occurred and came back for him.

It turned out the kid was playing with an entryway handle in the back of the car when it accidentally opened and he dropped out.
